Lucille Steelman Royall

Royall Hamptonville – Lucille Madolyn Steelman Royall, 95, passed away Monday, January 23, 2017. She was born March 15, 1921 in Yadkin County to the late William Thomas Steelman and Rosa Asaleigh Brandon Steelman. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Royall; son, Michael Royall; daughter, Nancy Joan Royall; son-in-law’s, Johnny Adams, Bobby Walsh; great grandsons, Gage Royall, Jerry Stotler; sisters, Alpha Chamberlain, Gwendolyn Hodge; brothers, Carl Steelman, Edsel Steelman, Lester Reavis Steelman; half-brothers, Gale Steelman, Johnny Steelman. Surviving are her children, Betty Adams, Bud (Vivian) Royall, Carol Walsh, Richard Royall; 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 15 great great grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Gentry Family Chapel by the Rev. Mark Brown. Burial will follow at Center Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Thursday, prior to the service, at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.
