Brown Yadkinville- Floy Mae Eller Brown, 69, of Bowen Road passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at her home. She was born December 12, 1947 in High Point to the late Floyd Eller and Florence Mae Sizemore. She graduated from Yadkinville High School and was married to the love of her life Roy Kenneth Brown. Mrs. Brown was blessed with 2 children, Kenneth Wayne Brown and Robert Clarence Brown, and raised her granddaughter, Amanda Starr Brown, whom she loved with all her heart. She worked for many years at Ingersoll-Rand, Inc., Blackwelders Inc., Dollar General, as well as a P.C.T. with Easter Seals and New Horizons. Surviving are a sister, Jane Bell; a nephew, Ray (Debbie) Swaim, his 2 children, Erika and husband, Sid, their children, Morgan, Spencer, and Cori; and Jamie. Also surviving Mrs. Brown’s brother, Phillip Eller, his children, Marie Izzard, Johnny Eller; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece who was like a daughter, Sara (Tim) Spann, their 2 children, Amber & Whitney; 2 great-nephews, David & Hunter; a very special friend, Lillie Cline, her 3 children, Angela, Heather, and T.J. Mrs. Brown was the most caring and giving person and she always had a kind word. She loved playing BINGO with her family and friends. All of her family will carry this loss. The family will receive friends for Floy , Bobby, and Amanda together on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville from 4:00-5:00 PM. A Celebration of their Lives together will follow the visitation at 5:00 PM in the Gentry Family Chapel by Rev. J.P. Sizemore.
