Treva Coe Hobson

Hobson Yadkinville – Treva Mae Coe Hobson, 73, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born May 8, 1943 in Surry County to the late J. Escar Coe and Pearl Childress Coe.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Anthony Hobson; sister, Hazel Chandler.  Surviving are her children, Darrell (Jennifer) Hobson, Tabitha (Jody) Whitaker; grandchildren, Ashley Hobson, Avery Hobson, Lindsey Whitaker; sister, Lucille (David) Baker; brother, Junior (Lisa) Coe.  Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville by the Rev. Josh Williams.  Burial will follow at Deep Creek Friends Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville, which is serving the Hobson family.  Online condolences can be made at www.gentryfuenralservice.com.
