V. Esther Wallace

Yadkinville- V. Esther Wallace, 93, went to be with her Lord Saturday, March 25, 2017. She and her brother, Robert Krempels were born in New Castle, Pennsylvania to Michael and Sarah Krempels. Esther graduated from Eastern Bible Institute where she met her future husband, Dr. Alexander Wallace. They were married in 1954 at Stone Church, Chicago, Illinois. Two daughters later joined them, Kathleen Ann and Cynthia Lee. Esther also leaves behind Kathleen’s husband David Wagner and grandchildren Charles Kupfer III, Alex Kupfer, and Brianna Wagner. Al and Esther made beautiful music together for 62 years, and were always in tune. They pastored churches all over the east coast and finally retired in DeBary, Florida. Her later years were spent enjoying her grandchildren and the Florida sunshine. In 2014 Esther and husband Al moved to East Bend area of NC to be near Cynthia and her sons, eventually setting in Yadkinville in August of 2017. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Wednesday march 29, 2017 at Enon Baptist Church. Her funeral will follow the visitation at 11:00 AM by Dr. Alexander Wallace and Dr. Rich Powell.
