Delilah Randleman Cook

Delilah Randleman Cook, 86, passed away Wednesday March 29, 2017. She was born October 17, 1930 in Yadkin County to the late Anderson Luther and Sally Holleman Randleman. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son Jimmy Lee Cook; two sisters Shirley Caudle, Etta Caudle; a brother Henry Randleman. Surviving are her husband who she married on December 23, 1946 Rev. Jack Cook; a son Tony (Becky) Cook; grandchildren James (Marty) Cook, Tesha (Johnny) Jester, Megan Cook, Cody (Hannah) Cook, Dylan Cook; great grandchildren Eden Ashley, Cassidy Cook, Blake Ashley, Kyley Cook, Baylee Bryant, Gracee Bryant; great great grandchild Zaida Ashley; brother Curtis Randleman. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Saturday April 1, 2017 at Old Fashion Gospel Baptist Church. Her funeral will be conducted at 11:00 AM following the visitation at Old Fashion Gospel Baptist Church by Rev. Bob Edwards, Dr. Johnny Arnold, and Preacher Dylan Cook. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family would like to say a very special thanks to the staff at Chatham Nursing Center and Woltz Hospice Home for the loving care given to Mrs. Cook.
