Vernon Dale Nance

Hamptonville Mr. Vernon Dale Nance, 57, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Nance was born August 27, 1959 in Forsyth County to Thomas Henry and Margaret Bishop Nance. In addition to his parents, Mr. Nance was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn Layell Nance; and a brother, Vearl Nance. He is survived by two sons, William Daniel Nance and fiancé April Semones and David Cliffton Nance; two sisters, Ceil Norman and Shirley (Jimmy) Welborn; two brothers, Harvey (Jackie) Nance and Perry Nance; and one half-brother, Walt (Linda) Brown. A private memorial service will be conducted for Mr. Nance at a later date. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Nance family.
