Shelbia Milton Jarrett

Yadkinville Ms. Shelbia Jean Milton Jarrett, 79, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Autumn Care of Mocksville. Ms. Jarrett was born February 14, 1938 in Yadkin County to Homer and Mozelle Bowles Milton. She was a member of Turners Creek Baptist Church. Ms. Jarrett enjoyed cooking, decorating her home, spending time outside, but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Ms. Jarrett was preceded in death by a daughter, Lowana Jarrett; and a sister, Mary Lou Milton. She is survived by six children, Cindy Jarrett, Rodney Jarrett, Mickey Jarrett, Scott Jarrett, Rick Jarrett, and Mitzi Holiman; eight grandchildren; and one great grandchild. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00PM, Friday, April 7, 2017 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville. Burial will follow at Turners Creek Baptist Church cemetery.
