Aaron Jarvis

Mr. David Aaron Jarvis, 31, passed away Monday, September 16, 2024. He was born May 19, 1993 in Surry County to Nina Lee Byrd and James Aaron Jarvis. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Dwayne Byrd, grandmother, Nedra Edwards, grandpa, Smith Jarvis, and an uncle, Wayne Edwards. Aaron enjoyed making candles, going to drag races, hunting arrow heads and he loved his family, his family always came first. In addition to his parents, he is survived by children, Samuel Jarvis, Maddie Jarvis; his sisters, Serina Jarvis, “My Rock” Mykinna Jarvis and one nephew on the way; his brother, Zebulun Jarvis; his “Special Nanny” great-grandmother, Hassie Jarrell; grandfather, Henry (Luann) Edwards; grandma and grandpa, Sharon and "Pete" Hodges; niece, Samarah; nephew, Cohen; step-sister, Amanda (Justin) Byrd-Hamlin; and several aunts and uncles. There will be a graveside service, 4:00 PM, Monday, September 23, 2024, at Ladonia Baptist Church Cemetery, 163 Raven Knob Rd., Mt. Airy, NC. The family would like to thank Arron’s aunt and uncle, Crystal and Brad Brindle, grandpa, Henry Edwards, Special Nanny Hassie Jarrell, Shayne Smith, and Justin Gage for helping during this difficult time.
