Alicia Castro Dezamora

Yadkinville Mrs. Alicia Castro Dezamora, 78, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Woltz Hospice Care Center. Alicia was born May 27, 1942 in Michoacan, Mexico to the late Antonio Castro and Ofelia Gamez Espinosa. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. In addition to her parents, Alicia was preceded in death by a son, Carmelo. She is survived by her husband, Constantino Zamora; children, Uvaldo, Martin, Saul, Gonzalo, Norma, Dario, Yolanda, Beronica, and Deigo; grandchildren, grandchildren, Uvaldo, Fabian, Jesus, Ricardo, Jacueline, Esteban, Martin, Liove, Omar, Edgar, Adrian, Saul, Gonzalo, Julissa, Esteven, Jenni, Yamel, Vianey, Valeria, Janet, Dario, Andres, Edwin, Giovanni, Daisy, Kevin, Andrew; great grandchildren, Emily, Alessandro, Omar, Clarissa, Karen, Vianney, Ricardo, Lucas, Aaniyah, Aidan, Ander, Valentina, Josep, Maria, Samuel, Benjamin, Celeste, and Sebastian. A funeral mass will be conducted at 9:00AM, Monday, February 1, 2021 at Divine Redeemer Catholic Church with Father Enrique Gonzales officiating. Burial will follow at Yadkinville Cemetery. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Woltz Hospice Care Center for the loving care given to Alicia.
