Alton Hobert Haynes

Jonesville Mr. Alton Hobert Haynes, 82, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Woltz Hospice Care Center. Mr. Haynes was born August 18, 1938 in Yadkin County to Conley and Izella Southard Haynes. In addition to his parents, Mr. Haynes was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Ruth Holbrook Haynes; and a brother, Leo Haynes. He is survived by four children, Brian Haynes, Todd (Barbara) Haynes, Kevin (Courtney) Haynes, and Karen Haynes; and three grandchildren, Lucas, Cody, and McKenzie Haynes. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00AM, Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Sunrise Cemetery with Robert Norman officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road Dobson, NC 27017. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Woltz Hospice Home for the loving care given to Mr. Haynes.
