Jonesville-  Mrs. Anna Lee Swaim Jarvis, 94, of Cedar Forest Road passed away peacefully Sunday, January 21, 2018.  She was born May 27, 1923 in Wilkes County to the late Glenn and Elizabeth Myers Swaim.  Mrs. Jarvis was retired from Bates Nitewear and was a faithful member of Swan Creek Baptist Church as long as her health permitted.  She served the church faithfully as a Sunday School Teacher for over 50 years, and member of the Adult Choir.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Ward K. Jarvis; and by two brothers, Hugh and Paul Swaim.  Surviving are her son, Nolan W. Jarvis of Hiddenite; her 3 grandchildren, David Royal and wife, Lisa, Jay Jarvis and wife, Michelle, Alisha Navarro and husband, Bob; 4 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Wayde Swaim and wife, Pansy of Ronda.  The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 PM Friday January 26, 2018 at Swan Creek Baptist Church.  Her funeral service will follow the visitation at 3:00 PM Friday at Swan Creek Baptist Church by Rev.
