Anne Baker Stimpson

Yadkinville Mrs. Anne Baker Stimpson, 96, formerly of Elkin, left her earthly life on Saturday, September 01, 2018 at Willowbrook Health Care. She was born October 10, 1921 in Yadkin County to Tom and Zetta Ray Baker into a family of 11 children. In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn E. Stimpson; a son, Tommy Stimpson; daughter-in-law, Margie Stimpson; grandson, Todd Stimpson; and granddaughter, Tammy Stimpson. Surviving are one son, Jim Stimpson; one granddaughter, Melissa (Robbie) Coe; siblings are Helen Hardy, Nancy Helms, and Ronald Baker. All services will be private for Mrs. Stimpson.
