Barbara Johnson Beane

Barbara Johnson Beane, 82, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Willowbrook nursing center. She was born in Forsyth County on May 14, 1936; daughter of the late Clyde Thomas Johnson and Marie Wilma Caudill Johnson and she was retired from Hanes Mills. She was preceded in death other than parents, her husband, Clifford Early Beane, a son, Marty Beane and grandson, Daniel Beane. Survivors include her children; Julie Driver and Mitch Beane (Christy), grandchildren; Josh Beane, Dustin Driver, Gracie Beane and Elizabeth Beane, 6 great grandchildren, sister; Margie Johnson, brother, Donnie Johnson and a daughter-In-Law; Carla Beane. A celebration of life service will be conducted on Monday, December 3, 2018, at 2:00 pm at Gentry Funeral Chapel with Rev. Nancy W. Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm till time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Douglas cemetery, East Bend, NC.
