Bertha Hemric McKinney

Boonville Mrs. Bertha Carol Hemric McKinney, 87, passed away Friday, March 25, 2021 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. Mrs. McKinney was born January 11, 1934 in Yadkin County to the late Paul and Era Mae Crissman Hemric. Mrs. McKinney was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Mack McKinney; a brother, Eugene (Sheldon) Hemric; a nephew, Chris (Beth) Hemric; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00PM, Monday, March 29, 2021 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville. Burial will follow at Mitchells Chapel UMC cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00PM, prior to the service at the funeral home. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the McKinney family.
