Bobbie Earlene Davis Crissman

East Bend Bobbie Earlene Davis Crissman, 88, of East Bend, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018. She was born in Yadkin County on October 1, 1929 to Paul V. and Orace Scott Davis. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Mrs. Crissman was a farmer, CNA, she loved to play basketball, and went 12 years of school and never missed a day. She started playing church softball when she was 50 years old. She enjoyed going to the beach and metal detecting, and enjoyed watching her grandsons compete in rodeo, basketball, and baseball. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of over 50 years, Finney Crissman. Surviving are a son, Barry (Janet) Crissman and their sons, Cody (Ryan) Crissman, a daughter, Devon (Craig) Adams, and their sons, Dylan Ray and Blaze Adams, and a sister, Peggie Angell. Her funeral service will be conducted Friday,March 16, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Gentry Funeral Chapel in Yadkinville with Rev. Brian Poindexter officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, March 16, 2018 from 2-3, one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Yadkin Memorial Gardens in Yadkinville.
