Bobby Joe Cave

Boonville Mr. Bobby Joe Cave, 81, passed away Monday, October 21, 2019 at his home. Mr. Cave was born February 25, 1938 in Yadkin County to Floyd and Linda Hutson Cave. He was a veteran of the US Army. Mr. Cave owned and operated a heavy equipment construction company for 45 years and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved spending time on his farm and tending to his cattle. In addition to his parents, Mr. Cave was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Hardy Cave; brothers, GB Cave, Clarence Cave, and Grell Cave; and a sister, Perline Vestal. He is survived by four children, Tim Cave, Kathy Wall, Ricky Cave, and Bill Cave; two sisters, Mary Wilkins and Linda Barber; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at 4:30PM, Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at Boonville Cemetery with Dale Cave officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00PM prior to the service at Gentry Funeral Service in Yadkinville.
