Bonnie Jo Vanhoy Sizemore

Bonnie Jo Vanhoy Sizemore, 78, passed away Monday April 21, 2025. She was born February 26, 1947 in Yadkin County to the late Vernice Edgar Vanhoy and Opal Alice Brown Vanhoy. Bonnie loved flowers, animals, painting, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, and two brothers. Surviving are her husband, Lee Sizemore; daughter Leah Frye; son David Sizemore; granddaughter Sara Frye; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday May, 3. 2025 at Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Stephen Evans. The family would like to say a very special thanks to the staff of Mountain Valley Hospice for the wonderful care given to Mrs. Sizemore. In lieu of flowers memorials may be Made to SECU Hospice Home 243 N. Lee Avenue Yadkinville, NC 27055. The only flowers requested by Bonnie is a long stem rose at the graveside. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Sizemore family.
