Brenda Colleen Dalton

Brenda Colleen Dalton passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Willowbrook Rehabilitation and Care Center in Yadkinville after a long illness. She was born January, 27, 1951, to Sanford Clay and Virginia Wishon Dalton.  She leaves a daughter Tracy (Tim) Settle-Koch of Clearwater, Florida; a sister, Bonnie (Graham) Robinson of Yadkinville; two brothers, Bob (Sue) Dalton of Yadkinville and David Dalton of Danbury; and two grandchildren, Seth and Jared of Clearwater, Florida. Brenda attended Courtney Elementary School and graduated from Reynolds High School in Winston-Salem in 1969. Before her illness, she was an avid golfer. She loved cats, and she had won multiple blue ribbons at the Dixie Classic Fair for her knitting and crocheting. She was a member of Courtney Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, any memorials be made to the cemetery fund at Courtney Baptist Church 3341 Courtney Church Rd. Yadkinville, NC 27055. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Dalton family.
