Brenda Gaye Webster

Elkin Mrs. Brenda Gaye Gilpin Webster, age 61, of Elkin passed away on September 25, 2021. Brenda was born on April 19, 1960 in Columbus, Ohio to Harold and Catherine Blevins Gilpin Cornett. In addition to her mother Brenda was preceded in death by her son, Aaron Christopher Webster; brothers, Gene (Teresa) Gilpin, Johnny Gilpin, Dwayne Gilpin: sister-in-law, Nancy Gilpin; brother-in-law, Jim Redfern, step-father, Dwayne Cornett. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, family, cooking, drawing, painting, and shopping. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 34 years, Kelly Matthew Webster; son, Nathan Alexander Webster; grandchildren, Brayden Nate Webster, Erin Rose Webster & Brody Lee Webster; sister, Kaylynn Redfern; Brothers, Greg Gilpin (Glenda Walters), Tracy (Marlene) Gilpin & Jerry Gilpin; sisters-in-law, Darlene Slawter & Lisa Gilpin. The family will receive family and friends Friday, October 1, 2021 from 6 to 8 pm at Gentry Family Funeral Service. The funeral service will be at Gentry Family Chapel at 11 AM on Saturday, October 2, 2021, officiated by Rev. Kenny Stoker. Burial will follow in Hollywood Cemetery in Elkin.
