Carolyn Walser Douglas

Winston Salem Mrs. Carolyn Jean Walser Douglas, 78, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2022 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Mrs. Douglas was born September 9, 1943 in Davidson County to Johnsie Walser Myers. She was a member of Forbush Baptist Church and enjoyed flowers and her dogs. In addition to her mother, Mrs. Douglas was preceded in death by her father, Delmer L. Myers; her first husband, Ralph Hobson; and her second husband, Dallas Douglas. She is survived by a brother, Jakie (Audrey) Myers; nephews, Shawn (Brittany) Myers and Bradley (Lisa) Myers; great nephew, Nick Myers; and great nieces, Gina Myers, and Haley & Alyssa Smith. In memory of Mrs. Douglas, memorials may be made to Forbush Baptist Church Cemetery Fund. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Silas Creek Rehab for the years of loving care given to Mrs. Douglas.
