Charles "Randy" Randall Hauser

Charles Randall Hauser (Randy) passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday December 3, 2024. He was preceded in death by the love of his life his wife Marcia Hauser of 48 years; his mother Mary Lee Hepler Hauser; brother Michael Hauser. He worked for 42 years for Duke Power in  Charlotte and Belews Creek started at the bottom and retired as a supervisor. He was so good at his job that he retired and 2 years they wanted him back and he was able to go back part-time for another two years. Surviving are his two children April Barber, Brandon Hauser; two grandchildren Sophia barber, Aydan Barber who he enjoyed spending all his free time with playing basketball and riding 4wheelers and go carts while his health allowed.; his brother Larry (Peggy) Hauser; niece Tonya Hauser; sister Dawn Brooks; aunt Betty Hepler; many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Randy was a n avid golfer and played every Friday for most of his life and was quite good and loved the sport you’d always find him on Sunday’s watching the race. In his last few years his health got the3 best of him and he rarely left his home, but he enjoyed time with his son and daughter. We would like everyone to remember him as the very compassionate friend and father. The family like to thank Davie EMS, and particularly Joseph Ashburn, Medical Examiner for Davie County for their very helpful in helping comfort the family. Randy was a Jehovah’s Witness for most of his life and served as an elder for many years and was always helping whoever needed it. A memorial service will be held a a later date.
