Yadkinville-  Mr. Charles Allen Starling, 49, of Mt. Carmel Church Road passed away peacefully Monday, May 31, 2021 at his home.  He was born March 1, 1972 in Yadkin County to the late Delmer and Joyce McMillan Starling.  Mr. Starling worked for several years with Starling Construction Company.  He loved spending time outside either working in his garden growing his vegetables and flowers, fishing, hunting, mowing yards, or playing different sports, especially softball.  He loved his family and spending time with them was the most important thing of his life.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his step-father, Delmer Corder; nephew, Robbie Starling; and half-brother Chris Starling.  Surviving are his beloved wife Angela Starling, of the home; his children, Kirby Starling, Charley Starling, Bradley Woody, Tyler Woody, Alisha Woody; grandchildren, Skylar, Eliana; Twin Sister, Charlene (Larry) Lambert, and her children, Abigail Lambert, Josh Lambert; brother, Mike (Glenda) Starling and his children, Amanda Mabe, Kelly Hull, Adam Starling, Robin Starling; and brothers, Junior Draughn, Wayne Draughn.  A Celebration of Life Service will be 3:00 PM Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Maplewood Baptist Church by Rev. Jimmy Lancaster and Rev. Curtis Carmack.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers, any memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist them with their expenses.
