Clara Mae Bowen Macemore

Clara Mae Bowen Macemore, 85, passed away Saturday July 8, 2023. She was born January 11, 1938 to the late Curtis Bowen and Alma Brown Bowen. Mrs. Macemore was dedicated member of Forbush Baptist Church and loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Worth Macemore, Son Jerry Macemore; brothers Frank Bowen, Kenneth Bowen. Surviving are granddaughters Jami (Kenny) Long, Jennifer (Chris) Drye; great grandchildren Hali Long, Heather Long, William Drye, Mattie Drye, Heath Long, Hayden Long, brother Donald Bowen. Her funeral will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday July 12, 2023 at Forbush Baptist Church by Rev. Justin Crouse. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Flowers will be accepted or memorials made to Forbush Baptist Church 3917 Old US Hwy 421 E Yadkinville, NC 27055.
