Clarence Wayne Kimmer

Clarence Wayne Kimmer, 82, beloved husband of Lydia Henry Kimmer, of Richlands, went home to his Lord on Saturday, April 10, 2021. He was born in Winston-Salem, November 17, 1938, a son of the late Clarence Robie Kimmer and Edith Royall Hauser Kimmer and had lived in Richlands for many years. He served his country in the US Navy for 11 years and in the US Air Force for 13 years. He had worked as a HVAC technician and was in the civil service at Camp Lejeune until his retirement. In addition to his wife, Lydia, Wayne is survived by his brother Jerry Kimmer and his wife Judy of Yadkinville. His graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 16, 2021 at Bethel Baptist Cemetery with full military honors by the Yadkin VFW Post 10346. Wayne will have public viewing from 8:00AM to 12:00PM on Friday, April 16, 2021 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.
