Dale Ruffin Harris

Harris Jonesville-Mr. Dale Ruffin Harris, 68, of Jonesville, passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 at his home. He was born in Surry County on October 31, 1951 to Barney Claudus and Annie Esteline Hincher Harris. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by uncles, Richard Harris and Grady Harris. Surviving are his wife, Bettie Dian Southard Harris; his daughters, Betty Charlene Fletcher and husband Ron, Lena Annette Combs, Cynthia Regina Harris, Tammy Marie Norman and husband Andy, and Amanda Dawn Harris and Fiance’ Earl Price; a sister, Shirley (Richard) Sparks; a brother,Ricky Claude Harris and wife Linda; Grandchildren, Kyle (Britteny) Fletcher, Caleb Fletcher, Sarah Fletcher, Brett Graham, Cole Lawrence, Destiny Graham, Devin Mounce, Haley Mounce, Skylar Bennett, Trinity Bennett, Austin McGrady, Samantha McGrady, Gabriella Calloway, and Dillon Upchurch; Great-grandchildren, Cayden Fletcher, Nash Gilbert, Jasmine McGrady, Lizabeth Mounce, Slade Mounce, Luke Mounce, Kasey Lunday, Kinzley Lundy, and Jasper Gilbert. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Union Hill Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Union Hill Road, Thurmond, NC 28683, with Pastor Craig Key and Pastor Ronnie Harris officiating.
