Daniel Elijah Davis

Davis Mocksville – Daniel Elijah Davis, 30, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018. He was born December 11, 1987 in Surry County to Erik Grasen Davis and Crystal Burchette Davis.  In addition to his parents, he was also survived by his wife, Judith Kiger Davis; son, Isaac Sawyer Davis; sister, Elizabeth Davis; grandmother, Jessie Burchette; great grandmother, Mary Davis; uncles, Kadren (Louisa) Davis, Michael Burchette, Justin Burchette; great aunts and uncles, Judy Smith, Sylvia (Ron) Blake, Vivian Davis, Cornelius “Joely” Cockerham, Nelson (Mary) Lane; cousins, Brooke Ellen Davis, Sarah Grace Davis, Zach Neumann, Chelsea Burchette, Jessica Burchette, Tyrell Burchette.  He was a faithful friend and teammate to many, a hard worker, a passionate disk golfer, a loving husband, brother, and son, and a man who gave his whole heart to his newborn baby Isaac.  His funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2018 at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church by the Rev. Bobby Watts.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Mt.
