David Leon Crabb

David Leon Crabb, 71, passed away Monday February 1, 2021. He was born August 2, 1949 in Wilkes County to the late Barney Robert Crabb and Emma Lyons Crabb. David was a deacon and member of United Fellowship Church. Surviving are his wife Carolyn Buelin Crabb; daughter Tonya (Jeff) Washam; son Davy (Elizabeth) Crabb; grandchildren Hannah Crabb, Raegan Bennett, Makaela Bennett, Noah Cornett; sisters Jo Ann Crabb, Opal (Steve) Wright, Josephine Crabb (Jim). The public can view Mr. Crabb on Saturday February 6, 2021 from 8:00 AM– 4:30 PM at Gentry Family funeral Service in Yadkinville. His funeral will be conducted at 3:00 PM Sunday February 7, 2021 at United Fellowship Church by Rev. Wayne Jones, Rev. Marty Wood, and Aubrey Casstevens. He will lie in state 30 minutes before the service. Due to Covid restrictions the family ask that mask be worn and social distancing during the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
