David "Tony" Anthony Couch

Hamptonville Mr. David “Tony” Anthony Couch, 63, passed away Saturday, December 05, 2020 at SECU Hospice Care Center of Yadkin. Mr. Couch was born June 17, 1957 in Guilford County to Thomas Calvin and Betty Jean Mullis Couch. He was a member of West Yadkin Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and a Sunday school teacher for many years. He enjoyed hunting, golfing and watching football. Mr. Couch was preceded in death by his father. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 38 years, Elisa Crews Couch; children, Adam Couch and Ashton (Brandon) Lyon; grandchildren, Jackson Couch and Oaklyn Lyon; two brothers, Mike and Bobby Couch; two nephews, Dale (Reja) Couch and Timmy Couch; and a great nephew, Kellen Couch. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00PM, Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at West Yadkin Baptist Church with Pastor Richard Odom officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Couch will be available for viewing Monday, Dec. 7th from 11:00AM to 5:00PM and Tuesday, Dec. 8th from 8:00AM to 11:00AM at Gentry Funeral Service in Yadkinville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SECU Hospice Care Center, 243 N. Lee Av. Yadkinville, NC 27055. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of SECU Hospice Care Center for the loving care given to Mr. Couch.
