David Randall Taylor Wilson, 57, transitioned peacefully in his home Friday, August 13, 2021. He was born October 23, 1963 in Yadkin County to Milton Transeau and the late Doris Jacqueline Taylor. David was an Excellent Father, Husband, and Brother. He had a love for adventure and Life like no other. He loved Music it was his passion. He had a wide collection of guitars and vinyl collection from various countries. He loved teaching as well as playing music with his sons. He was an avid skateboarder and Surfer in Hawaii and always pushed himself to the limit. He had an addictive Smile and never hesitated to help his fellow co-workers as well as strangers in need. He loved refurbishing furniture and selling it to any passersby on his front porch. If he didn’t have it, he would find it for you. He took pride in everything he engaged in. He put out huge garden in the spring and canned as the crops came in. One of his special recipes was Salsa, he could never freeze or can enough. He selflessly shared his veggies with neighbors and family and found pure joy in doing so. He also loved to fish until you couldn’t see the water or the bait simply ran out. There was nothing he could not do that he put his mind to. He had a love for travel and beaches and went at least once a year to Florida seeking new places of adventure for his boys. David was a humble man, he was quiet, and would do all he could to mediate conflicts with great success, he had a knack for making you feel like you could accomplish anything. He was truly a humanitarian and a Naturalist. We will all deeply feel his absence in our lives, he always brought an air of jubilation and motivation to the work place and his family and community. He is survived by his wife, Yu Ling Wilson; children Nathanial (Paige Mickow-Wilson) Wilson, Samuel Wilson, and Ethan Manning; sister J Denise Williams (late husband Darrell Williams); niece Mindalyn (Ryan Wilhelm) great niece Evelyn Reside; nephew Marcus Williams; special friend and the mother of his children, Shannon Adams.
