David Lewis Williams

David Lewis Williams, 69, passed away on Saturday November 17, 2018 at Forsyth-Novant medical center. He was born in Union County on May 20, 1949; son of the late Lewis Wilson Williams and Aileen Hartis Williams. David was a member of Prospect United Methodist Church and retired from North Carolina Farm Bureau. He loved Hunting, Playing golf, yardwork and wood working. He was preceded in death other than parents, a brother, Ronald Williams. Survivors include his wife; Sara Williams, three children; David Shane Williams (Melissa), Heather Stump (Daniel) and Aryn Williams-Ruebel (Jay), 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 3 sisters; Margert Livingston, Phyllis Sloan (David) and Lynda Yeakley A celebration of life service will be conducted on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at 3:00 pm at Prospect United Methodist Church with Rev. Robin Fitzgerald officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm till time of service at the church. Memorials may be made to Prospect United Methodist Church, c/o Dale Willard, 2533 E.
