Dena Marie Carter Todd

Yadkinville – Dena Marie Carter Todd, 73, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2025. She was born September 14, 1951 in Forsyth County to the late Ralph Monroe Carter and Edith Marie Davis Carter. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Luther Stanley Todd, Jr.; sisters, Bonnie Brown, Abigail Williams. She is survived by her son, Michael (Julie) Todd; grandchildren, Hannah Todd, Megan Todd, Caden Todd; sister, Wilda (Bobby) Lucas; special niece, Penny (Barry) Hennings and several other nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Sheila Thomason, Brenda (Gray) Reavis; brother-in-law, Howard “Squash” Williams. Her memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, January 20, 2025 at Mt. Carmel Friends Church by the Rev. Jeff Farmer. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Mt. Carmel Friends Church. Memorials can be made to Mt. Carmel Friends Church Building Fund, 3417 Mt.
