Boonville-  Mr. Donnie Edwin Wagoner, age 63, of Pulliam Road passed away suddenly at his home.  He was born November 8, 1954 in Yadkin County to the late Grover E. Wagoner and Winnie Pinnix Wagoner.  Mr. Wagoner was a very hard working Dairyman for over 45 years.  He was a graduate of Forbush High School Class of 1973, where he was President of the Future Farmers of America.  Mr. Wagoner was a loving son, loved people, spending time with friends, enjoyed hunting and the outdoor life.  He was of the Baptist Faith and loved the Lord.  He was preceded in death by his father, Grover E. Wagoner, his brother, whom he cherished, David Wayne Wagoner, known as “D.J.”; his aunts, Jeanette, Fern, Novella, Beatrice; and uncles, Aubrey, Bill, and Hubert.  Surviving are his loving and beloved mother, Winnie Pinnix Wagoner; aunts, Lillie Johnson, Carrie Wilmoth; uncles, Ivan (Mittie) Wagoner, Arnold (Peggy) Wagoner; and numerous cousins and friends.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.  His Memorial Service will be 2:00 PM Saturday in the Gentry Family Chapel by Rev. Will Hamric.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to either East Bend Senior Center, 473 East Main Street, East Bend, NC  27018 or to Mountain Valley Hospice, PO Box 1267, Yadkinville, NC  27055.  Online condolences may be made to www.gentryfuneralservice.com.
