Doris Scott Johnson

Johnson Jonesville – Doris Scott Johnson, 77, passed away Wednesday, July 5, at Woltz Hospice Home.  She was born July 7, 1939 in Surry County to the late Edmund Gray Scott and Florence Reece Scott.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Chester Arthur Johnson; brothers, Alton Reece Scott, Charles Scott.  Surviving are her sister, Betty Riden; and several nieces, nephews, and other family members.  Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Fall Creek Baptist Church by the Rev.
