Edna Wall Brown

Brown Yadkinville – Edna Mae Wall Brown, 98, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. She was born April 2, 1919 in Yadkin County to the late Benbow Wall and Maude Adams Wall.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Luther Steven Brown; daughter, Wa-Dean Beasley; sister, Inez Norman; brothers, Hubert Wall, Page Wall.  Surviving are her children, Ranzie (Betty) Brown, Hilda (Chris) Johnson, Gilda Brown, Janice (William) Steelman, Brent (Christina) Brown; grandchildren, Karen (Tim) Joyner, Annette (Keith) Vestal, Swansa (Steve) Bryant, Bryan (Tina) Long, Daniel Damico, Jason (Megan) Brown, Mark (Teresa) Steelman, Jessica (Chris) Bowen, Crystal Brown, Jake Brown; nine great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; sisters, Ferne Spillman, Marie Harris, Gertrude Adams; several nieces and nephews and other family members.  Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville by the Rev.
