Elaine Baity Norman

Mrs. Elaine Baity Norman, 78, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Forsyth Memorial Hospital. She was born July 9, 1944 in Forsyth County to the late Marlin Wade Baity and Dorothy Clodfelter Baity. Elaine loved helping with the tractor pulls in East Bend and was instrumental in organizing the pulling classes. She is survived by husband of 57 years, Arlis Norman. The family will receive friends, Monday, December 26, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Gentry Family Funeral Service in East Bend. Her funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 AM in the Gentry Family Chapel with Pastor Marty Wood officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery. The family would like to give a special thank you to Aaron, Kathryn, and Kylee Brown, Justin, Laura and Mallori Bledsoe, and Norma Brown for the love, prayers, and friendship shown to Elaine and Arlis.
