Eleanor Elaine Steelman Matthews

Eleanor Elaine Steelman Matthews, 75, passed away on April 24, 2018 at Yadkin Nursing Center. She was born in Forsyth County, NC on March 15, 1943; daughter of the late Paul Truman Steelman and Evelyne Way Steelman. Eleanor loved spending her time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her two sons; Marvin Lee Adams (Gretta) and Mark Wayne Adams (Michelle) and a daughter; Cindy Adams Freeman (Todd), grandchildren; Joshua, Katie, Kirsten, Peyton and Tyler; great grandchild; Anna, her sister; Charlotte Beller; two brothers; Truman and Elden. And two special friends; Chris and Tommy. A celebration of life service will be conducted on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Gentry Family Funeral Chapel with Rev.
