Evelyn Sue Ferguson Berry, age 65, of Jonesville passed away on October 14, 2021. Evelyn was born on February 18, 1956 in Wilkes County to the late James Richard and Minnie Barnes Ferguson. She is survived by her children, Angela (Kelly) Denise Ferguson Powell, Michelle (Leroy) Berry Church; grandchildren, Mashyia A. Berry, Taylasia M. Berry, Makalyn Ferguson, Laylia Powell, Keyauna Ferguson; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Janice Ferguson Beach, Nora Ferguson, Carol Neely, Magdalene Carlton; brother, Billy Eugene Ferguson, James K. (Cheryl) Ferguson, Jerry J. (Mandy) Ferguson, Willard A. Ferguson; Evelyn’s best friend, Vicki Brinkley, & special friend Jeffrey Bryant. Evelyn became a Christian as a young adult and she loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A private memorial service will be held at a later date by Rev. Graylin Carlton.
