EAST BEND-  Freddie Davis Wall, 86, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday Morning, April 17, 2022.  She was born in Yadkin County on June 2, 1935 daughter of the late Fred and Goldie Hobson Davis.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Grady Robert Wall.  She is survived by her son, Curtis (Sharon) Wall; grandchildren, Jennie (Brent) Coe, Eric (Andrea) Wall, Madison Coe (Jacob Pack), Mason Coe, Peyton, Kiersten, and Bryson Wall.  She was a life member of Union Grove Baptist Church.  Freddie loved being around people and she believed in helping others.  She spent countless hours volunteering for various organizations including the American Red Cross, Eastern Star, Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, and Union Grove Baptist Church.  A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, April 22, 2022 at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Kenny Gooden and Connie Key Hobson.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Union Grove Baptist Church Building Fund, 2401 Nebo Road, Yadkinville, NC  27055.  The family would like to thank all the staff at Magnolia’s that loved and took such good care of her.
