George Eugene Moxley

Boonville Mr. George Eugene Moxley, 91, passed away Friday, October 27, 2017 at SECU Hospice Home of Yadkin. Mr. Moxley was born November 10, 1925 in Yadkin County to the late John and Mamie Brown Moxley. He was a member of North Oak Ridge Baptist Church and enjoyed reading and watching baseball. Mr. Moxley loved his family and his church. Mr. Moxley is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Billie Sue Reinhardt Moxley; two children, Randall (Sara) Moxley and Susan Moxley; and two grandchildren, Candace Moxley and Savannah (John) Carpenter. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00AM, Monday, October 30, 2017 at North Oak Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. Dale Wallace and Rev. Linwood Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service in Yadkinville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SECU Hospice Home of Yadkin 320 W.
