Geraldine Caudle Baity

Yadkinville Mrs. Geraldine Caudle Baity, 94, passed away Friday, February 10, 2023 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Baity was born March 28, 1928 in Yadkin County to William and Martha Harris Caudle. She was a member of Courtney Baptist Church. Mrs. Baity enjoyed gardening, crocheting, quilting and being outdoors. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Baity was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton “Jack” Baity; a son, Jerry Douglas (Kathy L.) Baity; a son-in-law, Richard Redding; a great grandson, Andrew Douglas Cleary; and a brother, Henry Clyde Caudle. She is survived by her children, Gale Redding, Roger Dale (Kathy) Baity, and Terry Randy Baity; grandchildren, Rhonda (Chad) Cleary, Michelle (Adam) Bryant, Travis (Valerie) Baity, Jeramie (Kylie) Baity, Kim (Dave) Ferrell, and Angie (Jonathan) Tharington; sixteen great grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Maxie Baity Caudle. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00AM, Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville with Rev. Christa Warise officiating. Burial will follow at Courtney Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Baity family.
