Grady Clay Spann

Yadkinville Mr. Grady Clay Spann, 75, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2020 at his home. Mr. Spann was born September 21, 1945 in Surry County to James and Susie Barker Spann. He enjoyed classic cars and NASCAR. In addition to his parents, Mr. Spann was preceded in death by a sister, Katie (Alvin) Anderson; a brother, Ronnie Spann; and a nephew, Patrick Spann. He is survived by his daughter, Melissa (RJ) Speaks; grandchildren, Mariella, Trey, and Helena Speaks; a nephew, Brock (Carrie) Spann; special friends, Ricky and Sissy Russell; a special friend, Bridget Morris; and many amazing cousins, friends, and wonderful neighbors. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00PM, Friday, October 16, 2020 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville.
