Herol Devoris Logan

Yadkinville Mr. Herol Devoris Logan, 68, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at SECU Hospice Care Center. Mr. Logan was born December 19, 1952 in Kingston, Jamaica to Charles and Eunice Wallace Logan. He loved all types of music and loved cooking and entertaining family and friends, but most of all he loved his family. He enjoyed music, working on cars and spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, Mr. Logan was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Griffin Logan, and siblings, Minna Logan, Pappa Son, Rose Logan, and Fermin Logan. He is survived by his children, Shelley-Ann Logan, and Anna-Kay Logan; and grandchildren, Craig Logan, Jamie Logan, Logan Angellier, and Londynn Richards, his siblings, Olive, Joy, Gem, Blossom, Vina, Winston and a host of other family members and friends. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00AM, Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville with Rev. Stephen Evans officiating. The viewing will be from 10:00-11:00AM prior to the service. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of SECU Hospice Care Center for the loving care given to Mr. Logan and Novant Health Facility.
