Hilda Mae Hutchens

Hilda Mae Hutchens, 92, departed this life Sunday February 17, 2019. She was born January 20, 1927 the daughter of the late S. Harrison and Fannie Groce Hutchens. Hilda was retired from Unifi where she was employed several years. The love of her life was her church and singing in the choir. Preceding her in death are her parents; sister Cleo Beamon and her husband Howard; brothers Delbert, Lawrence Hutchens; nephew Henry L. Beamon. Surviving are nieces Phyllis (Byron) Dahl, Zeta Beamon; sister in law Dorothy B. Hutchens. The family will receive friends from 1:30-2 PM Sunday February 24, 2019 at Deep Creek Baptist Church. Her funeral will be conducted at 2:00 PM following the visitation at the church by Dr. Ron Davis. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Memorial may be made to Deep Creek Baptist Church Building Fund or Cemetery Fund 2401 Old Stage Road Yadkinville, NC 27055.
