East Bend-  Janet Ruth Vestal Herman of Flint Hill Road passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at her home.  She was born January 24, 1962 to the late James Edward and Joan Margaret Hare Vestal.  Ms Herman worked for several years as a travel agent, bookkeeper, with the construction of kitchen cabinets, and owned and operated her own house cleaning business.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, John.  Surviving are her sister, Julie; two brothers, Jerry and Jeff; and her close friends and neighbors, Bruce and Ginger Sapp.  Arrangements are incomplete with Gentry Family Funeral Service of East Bend serving the family.
