Janice Brandon

Yadkinville – Janice Brandon, 48, passed away Friday, July 19, 2019. She was born November 24, 1970 in Forsyth County to Paul Grady Brandon and Ruby Tuttle Brandon. Janice enjoyed crafts of all kinds, puzzles, her dog “Scrappy”, and spending time with her family.  Janice graduated from Forbush High School.  She was the most giving, kind hearted person, and who made a positive impact on all she encountered.  She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Brandon; her grandparents; uncles, Leo Brandon, Jr. Brandon; great nephew, Hunter Spillman.  Surviving is her mother, Ruby Brandon; sisters, Teresa Brandon, Chris Brandon; five nieces and nephews; two great nephews; one great niece; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville by the Rev. Benny Adams.  Burial will follow at Maranatha Baptist Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville, which is serving the Brandon family.  Online condolences can be made at www.gentryfuneralservice.com.
