Jaunita Davis Key

East Bend – Jaunita Davis Key, 94, passed away Monday, January 16, 2023.  She was born July 7, 1928 in Forsyth County to the late James Arthur Davis and Lessie Belle Angel Davis.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Claude Odell Key; and nine brothers and sisters.  Surviving are her children, Brenda (Mike) Matthews, Janet Green, Dennis (Donna) Key, Lorraine Harris, Melissa (Mark) Anderson; grandchildren, Mckinnsey Patterson, Lindsay (Drew) Bremer, Hillary (B.K.) Aton, Shannon (Brad) Southern, Shawn (Danielle) Anderson, Tyler (Stephine) McCormick, Rebekah (Marcus) Williams, Rachel (John) Folley, Tori (Nick) Doub, Morgan Watkins, Austin Anderson, Nathan Green; twelve great grandchildren; sister, Betty Simmons; brothers, James Davis, George Davis; and many nieces and nephews.  Her graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Friendship Baptist Cemetery by the Pastor Brian Poindexter.  Gentry Family Funeral Service in East Bend is serving the Key family.  Online condolences can be made at www.gentryfuneralservice.com.
