Jenny Kimmer Henderson

Boonville Ms. Jenny Kimmer Henderson, 74, passed away Friday, May 18, 2018 at Dunmore Plantation in Dobson. Ms. Henderson was born January 23, 1944 in Surry County to Charles and Mamie Parks Kimmer. She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Ms. Henderson was preceded in death by two sisters, Zola Oliver and Eva Parker; and three brothers, Kenneth Kimmer, Junior Kimmer, and Bobby Kimmer. She is survived by two children, Shannon Henderson and Misty Henderson; two grandchildren, Shayla Henderson and Kamari Strickland; one brother, Sherrill (Mattie) Kimmer; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 12:00PM, Monday, May 21, 2018 at Shady Grove Baptist Church cemetery with Greg Oliver officiating the service.
