Jesse Allen Mickle

Mr. Jesse Allen Mickle, 66, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018 at his home.  Mr. Mickle was born December 28, 1951 in Surry County to the late James and Mary Eldridge Mickle.  He enjoyed hunting and farming.  Mr. Mickle was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Mickle is survived by his wife, Amy Wagoner Mickle; two children, Lauren Long (Justin Wyatt); and Matthew Mickle; two step children, Mark (Ashley) Fletcher and Michael (Sabrina) Fletcher; grandchildren, Baylee Wyatt, Brieanna, Ryan, & Makayla Fletcher, and Katie & Abby Fletcher; a sister, Kathy (Mike) Smith; and a brother, Arthur (Edna) Mickle. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30PM, Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Elkin Valley Baptist Church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00PM prior to the service at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville.  Online condolences may be made at www.gentryfuneralservice.com.
