Jessie Mae Weatherman Swaim

Jonesville – Jessie Mae Weatherman Swaim, 94, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022. She was born November 26, 1927 in Yadkin County to the late Wiley Weatherman and Luvada Myers Weatherman. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Swaim; son-in-law, Al Crouse; sisters, Ellen (Kenneth) Vestal, Vetreal Weatherman; brother, Clarence (Ima Ruth) Weatherman. Surviving are her children, Beth Crouse, Davis (Sherry) Swaim; grandchildren, Rachel Swaim, Natalie Swaim, Sarah Swaim; brother, Mack (Carol) Weatherman; several nieces, nephews, and other family members. Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Swan Creek Baptist Church by the Rev. Scott Bishop. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Wednesday, one hour prior to the service, at Swan Creek Baptist Church. The family would like to thank the caregivers of Mountain Valley Hospice and especially Lisa for all the love and care shown to Jessie.
