Yadkinville-  Mrs. Jewel Seats Scott, 91, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Yadkin Nursing Center.  She was born September 11, 1926 in Forsyth County to the late Marion and Ludie Adams Fulp.  Jewel retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company after several years of service and was a  member of Huntsville Baptist Church.  Jewel is survived by her two sons, Tony (Linda) Seats and Kenny (Beattie) Seats; grandchildren, Tim Seats, Paul Elkin, Kina (Travis) Hedrick, Shannon Queen; great-grandchildren, Hannah Boles, Charli and Addi Queen, Morgan and Bubba Hedrick; two sisters, Faye Rominger, Patricia (Bernie) Jackson; two brothers, Jake (Marie) Fulp, Bruce (Thelma) Fulp; and many friends.   The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Gentry Family Funeral Service  in Yadkinville.  A  Funeral Service for Jewel will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, February 3, 2018 in the Gentry Family Chapel, Yadkinville by Rev. Brian Chilton and Rev. Dennis Shaw.  Burial will follow in the Huntsville Baptist Church Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Huntsville  Baptist Church 4901 Courtney Huntsville Road, Yadkinville, NC  27055.  The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff of Yadkin Nursing Center for the wonderful and loving care given to Jewel.  Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville is serving the Scott Family.  Online condolences may be made to www.gentryfuneralservice.com.
